I have a 1999 bmw 540i about 2 weeks ago upper radiator hose came loose didn't thing much of it and just clamped it back on. hose decides to slip of again 3 times after that I then decide to get a complete new hose and today I noticed that the hose gets

This could be a head gasket problem. If the head gasket is leaking, it could be releasing pressure into the cooling system which is making the hose blow off of the radiator. You need to go to a mechanic and have him check to see if if there exhaust
