Should I accept this Discover card offer?

Got a discover card offer in the mail with benefits such as no annual fee, 0% APR until Aug 2009, 5% to 20 % cashback bonus at online retailers etc.. Is Discover a good credit card company? Would you recommend someone to apply for a Discover card? Thanks.

You need to know the interest rate after the introductory rate. My basic cards are Discover & American Express but have cash back.
Sam's Club & Murray's gas stations with Wal-mart do not take American Express but take Discover.
