how do you turn on a radiator furnace?

i moved in my house in april and the radiator furnace was never on when we moved in and im not sure if i have to bleed them first but i need them on cause my house is really cold and my son is sick. when we got it inspected they said it works but im not

You need to be more specific on you kind of radiator. I assume it is a gas radiator does it have a label plate? I would suggest you call the person who inspected it and ask them if they could help to get it working.
