What is the law on putting a rear facing car seat up front in Indiana?
I live in Indiana. I have a back seat in my vehicle, but my husband doesnt. and he will have to take care of the baby while I'm working. I know it is not safe to put a baby up front. but we have no choice. we cannot switch vehicles because his is for
i live in indiana too when my daughter was a newborn we had a 1965 nova at the time. they werent made with seatbelts in the backseat. so we asked and they said that they do not approve of it, but as long as there are no airbags its technically ok.
