How do after market brake rotors compair to OEM?

Gonna replace my old brake rotors but trying to decide whether to go with after market drilled and slotted rotors or OEM plain rotors. Any advice??

Do not go for drilled and slotted replacement brake rotors! Eventually heat checking around the through holes will lead to serious cracks. None of these companies warranty their parts longer than six months.
