2006 Dodge Ram replaced oem Taillights with LED's Taillights, plug & play.?

when putting on L/R turn signal after the 4/5 normal blinks it goes into fast mode, giving me the indication it is the flasher relay, it is not the relay flasher what can I do?

their suppose to come with a voltage reducer that stops that from happening,higher end tail lights that cost more usually do come with them,low cost ones you have to purchase the voltage limiter separate,hope this helps some.
