Difficulty driving Toyota Corolla?

I'm currently in Drivers Ed and I'm doing the on-the-road part of the course and the Drivers Ed cars are all used Toyota Corollas and I think are from early 2000's. I know every car is different and that you kind of have to adjust but I've driven four

All cars are different as you stated, they probably use a less powerful and more economic car for reasons that it's not meant for a race, they probably have the most base model car there is with a ton of safety features, there probably isn't anything
