Car stalling on expressway?

Our 2001 Windstar has been giving us problems. Today we drove from home 600 miles. We recently replaced the spark plugs and wires and the other day the fuel filter.
Anyways when you go past 70-75 the car will jerk violently (like a misfire). If

None of my business what speed you choose to do, seeing as it depends on the law where you live anyway and not my opinion. So let's deal with the technical problem.
